London’s most exclusive restaurant location to host DevOps and Agile lunch debate
Horizon taking part in a lunch and learn debate at Aqua Shard on March 22 and would like to invite the UK CIO community. The debate is on embracing Agile and DevOps methods into organisations and the impact on CIOs and business technology leaders.
The lunch is organised by growing Agile consultancy Ypobo, which works with organisations looking to become increasingly agile in the way it operates its business model. My role there is an independent observer and to capture the sentiments debated which will then be circulated to the attendees. In return I am inviting a number of CIO peers to the debate.
This lunch is an opportunity to discuss the shift in how your enterprise approaches development; explore the introduction of Agile and the innovation possible with DevOps working practices. Along with peers from senior technology leadership, this lunch will enable you to debate the benefits of moving to Agile and discuss the challenges of leading the transition away from Waterfall methods.
Topics also to be addressed include:
How do the most established enterprises manage the delivery of a complex portfolio of digital products and services?
How do you create new business models and ways of working fast when old ones are falling away?
How can DevOps transform culture in a waterfall organisation?
When: March 22, 2016
