The role of Master Data Management (MDM) in digital transformation, complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and achieving customer satisfaction in a scalable business model are the key CIO debates being held by Horizon Business Innovation partner Sales Filter during June and Horizon readers and podcast listeners are invited to register and attend.

Mikkel Jensen will be the keynote speaker on Master Data Management and the role of standards in a digital transformation. Jensen will  focus on how data must be seamless across the organisation to realise the benefits of digital transformation.

This MDM and digital transformation CIO and CXO round table debate takes place on June 1 at the Oriental Club, London.

European Commission expert Darren Craig will keynote the GDPR debate with CIO peers on June 5, 2017.  Craig has been an independent expert for the European Commission during the development of the latest data protection regulations. GDPR recently featured in the Horizon Business Innovation podcast, with Barclays and Home Office CTO Stephen Deakin debating the opportunities and demands of compliance with data security experts Altius and JC Gaillard. You can listen to the podcast here.

On Monday June 26 CIOs will discuss customer experience and in particular how CIOs deliver a great service with an empowered customer and the complexity of a scalable workforce.

This debate will discuss online agents and bots and how CIOs can harness these developments to provide a seamless consumer experience. The debate will also assess the modern workforce and the tools the enterprise uses to manage a dynamic workforce and how the leadership team analyse and understand team performance.
